To show or hide your camera, toggle the camera button.
Share Screen:
To share your screen, click on the “Start screen sharing” button, which will
open a pop-up asking which tab you’d like to share. After choosing which
tab you would like to share, the rest of the meeting will be able to view your
selected screen.
Chat/Comments:
Click on the “Open Chat” button to open the chat area to send and receive
chat messages.
Raise Hand:
Raising your hand will alert the other participants that you would like to say
something.
See Participants:
You can see a vertical list of all the participants with more information on
their status in the meeting by looking at the participants list.
Hang Up:
As moderator, you have the option to leave the meeting and allow it to
continue or End the meeting for all, which will end the meeting and kick
everyone out of the room.
Settings:
Open up the settings for full in-depth setting customization.
Start Live Stream:
To start your live stream, open the Settings and “Start Live Stream.” You’ll
want to paste in your unique stream key you find on CloutHub, and then
press the blue “Start Live Steam.” Immediately upon pressing the blue
button, you’ll go live on CloutHub.
Record Meetings:
To record a meeting, open up Settings and then go to “Start Recording.”
Make sure that “Save recording file locally” is toggled on. Then press the
blue “Start Recording.” A pop-up will appear from your browser asking you
permission to record the screen - press allow. Your meeting will now be
recorded. Make sure you don’t forget to end and save the recording before
the meeting is over, or else you’ll lose the file.
